People have been saying similar to this for months! And the only time Bungie ever takes action is when there is a mass fallout across the community. What also makes things worse is that the Bungie Devs and Community managers spend the vast majority of their time on Reddit and Twitter as apposed to their very own forum. There is a complete lack of communication between Bungie and the community, and the gap is widening every day that goes by. Drip feeding info to the community info about DLC's, saying things have been implemented and haven't been, not listening to the PvE side of the community on weapon balancing, to mention but a few things only worsens the situation. It's a sad, sorry state of affairs right now, to the point I've stopped playing this past week for the first time in nearly 19 months across 2 consoles, and it's because I'm bored, and there is absolutely nothing to do! Even Iron Banner was its usual equation of Laggy, Tepid Matches + Unrewarding so called endgame drops, which = an utter waste of time! I'll be playing The Division as of the 8th, and if there is no significant improvement in the next DLC, then that's where I'll be staying ClassyGit

Dude, I've been preaching since a month or two after vanilla was released, and the list just keeps getting bigger as time goes on. What's really upsetting, with regards to glitch fixes and patches, is bungie only takes almost immediate action when the glitch affects them. But if it's affecting the players?? Ignored for at least 6 months. There are still lots of issues with VOG. To this day that have gone unfixed.

  • Precisely, which is why a lot of people are pissed off... I think The Division is gonna rock Destiny so hard that they will have to do something drastic to change the tide

  • Agreed! It's quite different, but same basic concept. And the patching they did! Did you see the fixes they did between betas?? Thru fixed a while bunch of shit for s beta! They did more in 2 weeks, for a beta the destiny does in 6-8 months!

  • I didn't physically experience it as I only played the open beta, but I read about it. The open beta was so smooth, and I didn't encounter a single bit of lag... It's amazing what dedicated servers can do for a game (Bungie take note!!!) Destiny is dying a death right now, and it's a hard pill to swallow for a game that promised so much grandeur and diversity and had everyone falling over themselves to be apart of it! The game has become a victim of its own success and popularity. Game community's have long memories, and if Bungie don't get their next move spot on, it's over for Destiny, and people will remember it when Destiny 2 does eventually rear its head
