Note that after screaming our heads of for almost a year that Bungie finally decided to nerf thorn.

They nerfed it before then as well, but the latest nerf was the first one to adjust the dot. I get taking your time on gun changes as destiny has always been slow with that. They have over or under nerfed stuff plenty of times. I fine with them taking their sweet time to do their best to get it right. Bungie made these guns extremely complicated. Just watch Dattos video on accuracy and see how strange that is. It's how they can have 15 of the same archetype of gun that all feel slightly different. Its how they bring an rpg element to a fps.

Taking their time? TAKING THEIR TIME!?!?! If I was in charge of Destiny and hired 100 snails to work on nerfs and buffs they would work much more quickly and efficiently than Bungie's team.

They lied to the community when they said that they had not changed matchmaking. A few months later they actually admit that they did change it. BO3 implemented a matchmaking system a little while back that everyone hated. They took it down in less than two days. Destiny has had three DLC's since it's release date over a year ago.. Fallout 4 has been out for less than half of a year and by the time it reaches being half of a year old Fallout 4 will have released 3 DLC's. Destiny has had over a year to balance the crucible, while games like Star Wars Battlefront and BO3 have balanced their pvp very well compared to Destiny. Star Wars Battlefront has released new free maps to play on. Warframe is free to play and has more locations than Destiny and has had more DLC's than Destiny. Anything you can buy in Warframe you can also earn. Fallout 4 has a better story than Destiny (although the story has improved with TTK, but that's about all that's improved). Fallout 4 has a way better open world. Shall I continue? [spoiler]And don't go telling me that this isn't proof. No you have proved your point. You like fallout but not destiny. That's not reason for me to not like destiny or to care if they make switchs without telling me or not. Truth is if the hidden matchmaking had gone well everyone would be fine. But people like you just look for things to be upset with.

They're able to get good feedback because they let their testers know what they are testing before it becomes purchasable content. The testers can get a good feel for the difference, know the difference and give proper well inform feedback. They sometimes test the most broken items before being released as content, like the riot shield. In the Community Test Build, one melee from the riot shield could kill four people. Now in actual content it takes two to three melees to kill one person and no one is complaining. Bungie hides the information of their matchmaking changes and expects the feedback to be better?

If Destiny hadn't had gone the way it has I would still be playing it religiously. I wouldn't care about Fallout 4, BO3, or Star Wars Battlefront. But things have changed and not for the better. People ask me why I'm still on the forums even though I quit. Because this game still means something to me. Because no matter how much they screw over the community, their name, and the spirit of the game I still want Destiny to be great or at least good. I want Bungie to be they way they were when Halo 3 was the game to play. But until they stop lying and start changing things around I AM NOT coming back. Bungie created Destiny, but we must remember that they are also the ones destroying their game and name. [spoiler]Rant over. ;)[/spoiler]

I just don't feel that way. I don't play the game that much either. I play paragon, bloodborne, fallout, and division. I'll leave the whole worrying about lying and crap to you guys. I'm the kind of person who believes that if bungie wanted to introduce something and make it a surprise that's fine. If I ever feel like I'm being taken advantage of i will certainly stop playing completely like you. But not you or anyone else on this planet can tell me how to feel about it.
