280 light without DLC is possible???

Hey I saw something neat. So the crucible guy who sells the guns? Yea that guy. If you can get enough packages with lvl 40 legendaries then you can dismantle them for 3 legendary marks each. Once you have 150, you can get one. It might take awhile but it's a 280 weapon when you're only supposed to have 170-
