Meh, last genners who can't afford a current gen console, let alone a gaming pc aren't big on dev's radars.

That's where you are wrong. People who have new consoles will still play last Gen consoles. Backwards compatibility makes games lag on xbox. Plus last Gen consoles ran better than ps4 and Xbox one
