... But in the end it was just a slight change of words, paired with some automatical agreement on a specific point of the feedback.
You will also paraphrase the essence of a topic you will reply to relentlessly.
This is a much better script than before, as the choice of words sound much more engaging.
Compared to before, it seems as though you "understand" the issue at hand (because you paraphrase the essence of a topic) and want active community feedback through telling us to comment on your posts and sharing our opinions.
It's still a very hit and run style nonetheless.
You come in into a topic leave your newly scripted comment and then never come back.
This might bring the illusion of engagement, but who tells me that the replies actually get read and filtered for worthwhile/worthless feedback?
I am pretty sure that this change of words in Cozmo's replies has been a way of exercising damage control, after the podcast with the Bungie employee who said that they prefer feedback on Reddit over feedback in their own forums.
The problem I have with this however is the following:
It shows that Bungie acknowledges a certain issue with their communication to the community, but isn't willing to go actually change their ways, just their words.

Well, you could argue that they are trying to overcome the limitations of the interface here (I've never been a fan of it either, the posts are randomly all out if order on the app) by asking for specific things to be posted in a specific place. And once again, if you want to know why Bungie goes to Reddit for feedback I invite you to actually sift through every response to those posts. True to form, at least half of them are profane and completely off topic. You (not specifically the OP) want people to listen to your feedback? Try putting it in the right place and not being an immature douchebag about it. I posit that the majority of posters here have neither the inclination or ability to do so. ... And inb4 blaming bungie: saying they should moderate this place better is 100% fair, but the guy in the interview everyone is all hot and bothered about has nothing to do with that and is going where he personally feels like he gets the most helpful information. Also, if you're a foul mouthed bully on the forums that's on you, not Bungie or any imagined slight towards you. Nothing they did or said excuses any of the filth and hate spewed out here on an hourly basis.
