She was born in the area and raised to her grandparent's culture. Her grandparents where from another country. Thus, not having a southern accent like others around. Her life was normal, calm and relaxed. She loved it. She even had a man she was looking to hook up with. His name is Thomas, a rather large and friendly person. She had found trust in Thomas, and he trusted her. During dinner one night, a group of bandits broke into her home, taking her belongings and killing her parents. She survived only because Thomas showed up. She was 14 then, he was 15, turning 16 within a few weeks. He killed 2 of the 6, scaring off the other four. His family had just been killed by the same bandits, having come from his house, he was angry. They lived together, supporting each other for 3 years. Then they set out to kill the bandits that took their families. After weeks of traveling, they found the bandits and began their attack. Amber was taken hostage during the fight and was held with a gun to her head for around an hour. Thomas had finished off the rest of the bandits when he saw what happened to Amber. It ended in blood, the bandit having been shot, securing vengeance. He ran over to her to support her.
