Secondaries are running the crucible only because the primaries suck.
Bring back thorn icebreaker vex and all the exotics then watch all the hate towards secondaries dissappear and see the crucible balanced again.

Completely take out TLW. That gun will always be OP for the reason that its a 3 shot and a fire rate on par with an auto

Eh. Idk... I think Exotics should be removed from Crucible. They are supposed to give an advantage that makes them special, so having that in a place that should be balanced, like the Crucible, it won't work. It's kind of simple but a lot of people don't want to lose their exotics.

Not exactly how the meta would become closer to balance but similar to what many believe would truely balance it, put pulses back to 2.0 power, autos damage back to vanilla but hold their range where it is now, scouts are pretty good where they are, maybe let them shoot slightly faster across the board, hand cannons could use a bit more range, not much just a tiny bit more the higher the impact goes. So to sum it up basically put all architypes back to their most potent meta's, if everything's op then nothing is

I like where primary weapons ate right now. Instead, change special ammo. Reduce max amount of special ammo by 50%, have ammo crates drop only half of what they drop now, and buff fusions. Also remove TLW.

Bump. Hand cannons deal increased damage and 2 shot hs at close range. Autos stay as is (or at the least the dop archetype) maybe a little extra range. Same for high impact scouts at long range. Pulses 2-3 burst based on impact. Balance boom!
