Collector's Edition Re-purchased No Items Recieved
I had originally purchased the TK Collectors Edition Digital upgrade on my PS3 but later migrated to PS4. So had to re-purchase TK, at which time I opted not to re-purchase the Collector's Edition upgrade which then rendered all the items for that to be unable to be used so being useless I deleted them. Some time later (today) I decided to repurchase the upgrade thinking I'd get the items that originally came with the upgrade since I was paying for it again but received nothing. I realize that I can now use in game resources to make the cloak/band/sash, but if I have to pay a second time for the items why do I need to use more resources to get them? that also doesn't account for any of the weapons stated in the add on's description? If it doesn't give the items as described for a repurchase due to migration as well shouldn't that be included in the description?

When you had to repurchase the license when you upgraded, this just gives your account the licenses for those items on that platform. They will need to be purchased from the kiosks. What weapons are you wondering about? All weapon packs are available for purchase from the vanguard quartermaster in the tower hanger for 1500 glimmer each. These items were never given out, rather you / we were given early access to purchase them
