Yeah, it's slightly confusing. But stackable actually means there that if you use a Three of Coin and you do not get an exotic drop, you have a [i]slightly[/i] higher chance at a drop with the next Three of Coin (a drop is never guaranteed though, so it can take anywhere from one to hundreds of Three of Coins to get a drop).
