First Curse movement speed buff not working
The movement speed buffs you are supposed to get while aimed with the first curse do not seemed to be active. I've timed walking a certain distance with and without both perks active and I don't see any difference. Possible bug?

It's almost none perceptive if heard. I think it's to give a slight strafing buff.
