They used to have more when they wore the ram but I'm pretty sure that was fixed

A striker with unstoppable mid fist of havoc out tanks a ramlock in the best situation. Now the OP probably meant outside of a super. And in that case titans and ramlocks are even. With the nerf to the ram and the buff to the passive armor from unstoppable they both have the same armor.
