I delete most of what I get from him, but it is worth it to at least do the PVE ones. Got my favorite PvP pulse from a rank up. PDX-45, SPO-28, Perfect Balance, Headseeker, & Smallbore

Went to 5 on 2 characters and 10 on the last...just in case something opened up / unlocked. Anything beyond 3 is just another grind for an RNG slap down.
