From Seinheisser to Turtle Beach to Skullcandy and the rest of the world, headsets. Which headsets have you used? Which is your favourite?
Pros/cons?
My Xbox One set is breaking and I'm looking into getting new ones. A buddy has a Skullcandy headset that I liked, even though the mic was quiet.
I'm poor.

I have Logitechs for PC, the mic is 7/10 quality but they're uncomfortable to wear.
Edit: I live alone so I don't really need quality headphones in the set, personally! But tell me anyway!

I have A40's, but you indicated that you'e on a budget. Corsair Void Stereo gaming headset is around $70. I didn't use mine a ton before handing them off to a friend who was in a more dire need of a headset. But I did like them. Polk Striker ZX is also pretty good, but I never actually owned a pair. It's around $40. Turtle Beach PX24 is also pretty decent and runs for around $80.

Sony studio headphones and Infinitive over ear headphones

The HyperX Cloud 2 is a great headset for about 100 bucks

So far I've used my Skullcandy earbuds. I have a Triton set but haven't busted it out .

Searching for a good, not more than $100 PS4 headset. Any recommendations?

Turtle Beach DxL1s. Turns out plugging in your Xbox One controller with these bad boys plugged in with an audio adapter produces massive feedback. Other than that they're great though.

Senneisser PC360s w/Mixamp

I paid $99 (Canadian....about $5 US lol) for my Turtle Beach Stealth 400 and I was pretty impressed with the quality for the money. Only issue is the USB tranceiver having the Optical cable sticking out the side. But great sound for a cheap-ish headphone/mic combo.

Sennheiser makes some solid choices, but I peraonally use Astro A40s. They are worth every single penny.

Astro A50s amazing headset

I like my MS headset. Very surprising quality for the cost, and the noise cancellation means they double as a good pair of ear protectors if they ever break.
May or may not have used an old pair when using loud power tools
The best pair of headphones I ever used was a set of AKG Studio Monitors. But then of course they'd shit on everything else, they were professional audio tools :D

Trittons, I find, are the best overall headset. Affordable and effective. Of course, they're not the best, but they are unbeatable for their price range and will last you years.

I still have my original headset that came with my xbox one, I got it 11 months ago

I loved the plantronics rig. Can't say anything really bad about it. Mixer is great as well
