Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi (this recipe also works with any white fish - cod, halibut, etc.) Time to prep: 10 min + 20 minutes to marinate Time to cook: 10 min This is my twist on a classic Asian-inspired fish recipe and absolutely crucial to have in your repertoire of 30-minute meals. Ingredients: 1 lb fresh, wild-caught Mahi Mahi or other white fish 1 ginger root (2-3 inches) 4 cloves garlic 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup vinegar salt and pepper olive oil Instructions: - In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, and vinegar. Add a dash of salt and pepper. Mince the garlic cloves and add to bowl. Remove the outer skin from the ginger root and, using a grater, grate the ginger root into the mixture and stir until well mixed. - Cut fish into individual portion-sized fillets (most people eat 0.3-0.5 lbs at a sitting). Lightly season with salt and pepper. - Add seasoned fish to the sauce bowl and thoroughly coat with the mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 20 minutes. DO NOT MARINATE FOR MORE THAN 20 MINUTES (fish does not marinate the same as meat). - While fish marinates, add 2 tbsps of olive oil to a shallow pan (nonstick, if you have one). Heat on medium until a few droplets of water sizzle vigorously when added to the oil. - Remove fish from the marinade, but save the marinade. - Once oil is hot, spread it around the pan and add the fish, skin-side down first. Cook 3-5 minutes per side (depending on thickness) or until fish is flaky and cooked all the way through. - Set fish aside on a plate to cool. Carefully wipe the hot oil out of the pan with a paper towel (but do not clean the pan). - Add the remaining marinade to the pan. Heat on high until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes. - Plate your dish and pour glaze directly over the fish. Serve with rice or quinoa and a vegetable for maximum health and amazement of your guests :-)

    • How to prepare a bowl of Cup Ramen 1) Open the lid. 2) Throw the lid in trash, unless it has sentimental value and you want to keep it. 3) Pour in a cup of water heated to room temperature, so you live in Antarctica you're gonna have some cold ass noodles. I'd reccomend moving away. Somewhere nice like Minnesota. 4) Open the packet containg like 3 pieces of corn and 5 random leaves of some sort. Throw this wrapper away because it was ravaged by lucifer. 5) Put the Cup Ramen in the microwave, set the timer for 3 minutes, close the door, and start. Make sure you removed your porn stache from the microwave, as this a frequent mistake by many users. 6) Once it is done, pour the packet of really spicy sh** in the soup to make it hot as f***. 7) Stir in all contents well, don't use your penis because you could burn it. Don't use a knife, because that barely even stirs it. Don't use a shovel because thats too big, causing you to knock the noodles on the floor, making a mess. Do not use the shovel to clean up the mess. Another reason not use a shovel is because it'll be really dirty after all of the corpses you've burried. Personally myself, I'd use a spoon. 8) Enjoy your delicious soup that has enough chemicals in it to start a chemical war but still tastes souper ;) good. That is how you make a bowl of Cup Ramen.

Step 1 In a medium saucepan bring a quart of water to a boil on the stove. You can vary the amounts, just be sure that the marijuana is always floating about 1 1/2 – 2 inches from the bottom of the pan. Step 2 When the water is boiling place the butter in the pan and allow it to melt completely. My recipe uses 4 sticks of butter to every ounce of marijuana, so if you’re using a half ounce of weed that’s about 2 sticks of butter. Step 3 Once the butter has melted you can add the marijuana. Once the weed is added the heat should be turned down, very low, to barely a simmer. I usually let the weed cook for around three hours. You can tell it’s done when the top of the mix turns from really watery to glossy and thick. Step 4 While the cannabutter is cooking set up the bowl to hold the finished product. I like to use a heatproof bowl, and some people use a plastic food container. Place a double layer of cheesecloth over the top, and secure it with elastic, string or tape. Step 5 Strain the marijuana butter over the bowl, carefully trying not to spill. When the saucepan is empty, undo the twine, pick up the cheesecloth from all four sides and squeeze out all of the remaining butter. Step 6 Allow the cannabutter to cool for about an hour. Place in the fridge until the butter has risen to the top layer and is solid. The THC and other properties have attached to the butter, and you are just about there. Step 7 Run a knife around the edge and lift the butter off. Place upside down on your work surface and scrape off any of the cooking water. Your cannabutter is ready to roll. Enjoy! This calls for 4 sticks butter for every ounce. 4:1. I go about 3/4:1 or 1:1 if I'm feeling adventurous. Potent shit. Personally, I wouldn't go above 2:1. 2 sticks:ounce

I'm about to share my prized hangover food with you. Make it, love it, thank me later. DTL's Scotch Eggs: Dozen eggs, boiled and peeled Sliced cheese (12 slices) Pillsbury uncooked croissant rolls (2 tubes) Uncooked breakfast sausage (2 tubes) Wrap each egg with a slice of cheese, then wrap that with a layer of sausage, then wrap that with croissant dough. Making sure to fully cover and seal the dough around the egg. Bake at 350 for 45mins or until cheese begins to escape from the dough. Enjoy!

            • Things you need: 1x Can of chili 1x Can opener 1x Bowl 1x Spoon 1x Microwave 1x Bag of shredded cheese (optional) 1x Box of crackers (optional) Open the can of chili with the can opener and put the can full of chili in the bowl. Put the bowl in the microwave, slam your face on the buttons and push start. After your microwave is destroyed, place the melted remains of the bowl and can into a bucket. Fill with cheese. Seal the bucket and pretend it's a snowglobe. Profit.

Get white chocolate, Melt, pour in a ball like container most likely using an empty ornament or something to make it perfect. USE A MOLD. Make sure the white chocolate covers the entire ball, and thickly as well. now freeze for about half an hour. While thats happening. get any other dessert food, and some chocolate syrup. Make sure the dessert is small and/or tall and thin. Take the ball out and uncover the white chocolate from whatever mold you used. Now pound a tiny hole into the bottom of the ball, enough to fit the dessert. Now put it on top of the dessert, so that it's inside the ball. Put the chocolate syrup you got in the microwave (covered, don't want that shit everywhere in the wave machine) About 2-3 minutes should do. only and ONLY when you present the food, pour the hot chocolate syrup on the white chocolate ball. Ball should melt and unfold to reveal the dessert. Boom

                • There's a website that let's you put ingredients that are currently in your house into a search engine and it comes up with a bunch of different meals that you could cook with those ingredients. It's pretty cool and it comes in handy when you have no idea what to make with the things you've got
