After many days of my leaving my small house on the outskirts of the dojo, I exit, carrying a large box in my arms. I walks over to the main square, where the monument to the lest is. I open the box, and sit down, pulling a letter from my Jacket pocket.
The Final Will and Testament of Kaleb Michael Bryan, or "Agent Missouri",
Well guys, if you're reading this, it means it's been done. I've finally been killed for good. I don't know how I'll die or when, but I'm gonna set aside some shit for the people I've known the longest, and my dearest friends.
To InflateablePants, I leave my sword. It is a unique weapon, single-edged, 70 centimeter-long blade, and the button on the grip triggers the blade to coat itself in a mixture of Cazador venom and Cobra venom. Use it well, I know you will.
To SergeantTubbs, I leave my Rifle. A modified version of the all famous AK-47. The entire weapon collapses down to an easier stored version, control via neural uplink. Free-floated barrel, select fire with a rail system for customization, chambered in 7.62x51mm NATO. Packs one hell of a punch.
To Zane, I leave my backpack and all contents held within. Though it may seem trivial, look inside it and you will find a surprise in there, I think you will enjoy it.
To Ragnell, the Archsage, I leave two things. One being a collection of all my magical knowledge in one book, also including the two runes you used to teach me my darkness and light magic, which I then passed on to Dusk, the other item is a copy of Zeta, my Artificial Intelligence unit. You can format him to any electronic device, from a computer to one of your robots/mechs/androids
To JJ1042, I leave a collective of all my technological data stored in my armor. This includes weapon schematics, armor schematics, modifications, things that haven't even been tested yet, all to use. After all, you have an entire damn Halo ring as your playground, kept in storage. Go crazy.
To everyone else, I'm sorry, I only had so many things. But know that you all impacted me somehow, some way. Be it negative or positive, you helped me change from a stumbling foolish mercenary to a true warrior.
As to answer the question as to why in not coming back, well, how can I put this...
I've died 3 times now. In that time, I realized that I am not meant to simply die and live, I should have stayed dead the first time. I have a wife and son that want me to join them in the afterlife, and I think I'll finally do that. Thanks for everything.
Semper Fidelis, you inglorious bastards.
