That guy was obviously a bit retarded. LFG now has become very divided. The cream of the crop has all risen to the top. The patient and skilled players with the correct mentality for raiding, who have managed to get through hard mode week after week are now very high in light level, and generally only play with each other. It's more efficient and fun that way. I can get 2 hard raids done with no issue in an hour and a half with a good team. Killing every single boss on the first attempt with no wipes at all. I mean I am a 319 with both my guardians with full sets of 320 weapons, including a 320 black spindle, touch of malice and raze lighter. All my guardians have chest pieces that let me carry more sniper ammo and boots that give me more LMG ammo. All my arms have scout rifle loader. And all the players in teams like this have similar gear; basically maxed out 320 gear with the best quality perks. Getting a hard raid done with a team like that is slow if it takes more than 50 minutes at this point when you have an elite raid team. LFG has created incredibly strong teams. Because you are constantly playing with new people every week, tips and tricks that make it easier spread like wildfire. Now on the flip side, players still doing normal (unless they are levelling up an alt) are usually much weaker and do not have the mentality for raiding, even if they have gotten to 310+ light through iron banner and trials. I have Sherpaed a few groups through normal, and some people just aren't capable of following mechanics or communicating. In all likelihood that was a very under skilled and under levelled player looking for a carry. No player who was experienced at kings fall would try to take 285 through hard mode. He would also have a much higher light level as he would have better weapons and cast off raid gear to infuse into any new character.
