  • Not exactly. People can have a 4800+ grimiore and still not be very good. All that grimiore means is that the more you have, the more you have played through things. Just because people do more stuff, doesn't always mean they are good at what they have done. Too many things to account for.

  • It's hard to say. Someone with max grimoire knows a lot about pve but are also very familiar with what it takes to win in crucible. One hundred rumble, salvage and doubles wins is a feat of persistence and skill. Its hard to argue that and I personally think you have skill if you get max grimoire.
