Before the Paladin can talk, Dahlia has already slid her sword across the floor and colliding with Legend's feet, making him fall over. The mercenary then puts her booted leg on his neck, holding a giant revolver to his helmet.
"I'm a bitch you don't want to mess with, a bitch on your team. And Christ, have more manners around ladies."

Dahlia shoves him off of her. "Dahlia, you damn bastard. We're both Pioneers."

"And? I'm not one to take chances." He sighs and begins to walk past her and towards the complex.

"I'm not gonna hurt you; thought we could see what the hell is in this place, but you don't need to be an asswipe."

"You can start on the right foot to not call me asswipe."

"Fine, you're rude. Apologize, and learn manners while you're at it."

"Nah."

"Then I'll take the high road." Dahlia extends her hand, covered by a black leather glove. "Dahlia Silverjaw, professional mercenary and bitch, former Chamion of Barton Prime."

He declines the shake. "Call me KillJoy. Merc. Former super soldier."

"I prefer Legend, thank you. C'mon, give me a shake. It's impolite."

He sighs and shakes. "There."

"You could've had it your way, Legend. I would have been fine; but how do we clear the air? Not that I normally would want to, but you don't exactly want to be untrusted when you're traveling into a creepy and abandoned lab."

He nods to the lab. "Let's actually head in."

"I'd be glad to." Dahlia points to the entrance. "Ladies first."

"Then go."

"There's only one lady here, and she's not the one talking. Hurry up before you bunch your panties, cowgirl."
