Ghosts wouldn't be destroyed so Guardians would come back to life, Hive would "live", Taken would "live", the Traveller would "live", and Cabal Empire is in a different galaxy. The Vex are at minimum equal to the Forerunners, Guardians are at minimum equal to Spartan IV's, Cabal are in between the two, and the Traveller is Precursor level.

But Spartans are better trained and have a knack of taking on the hardest odds and succeeding quickly. They could easily take the guardians fast and kill the ghost as it tried to revive or the guardians can drop a super but need time to charge. Time Spartans can take away. [spoiler]just realized you said Spartan 4 and yes they quite possibly are but still they are even better trained [/spoiler]

Vex is nowhere near forerunner. The only thing they got is time travel the forerunners can slow time in small pockets and make separate dimensions. Forerunners have much much more advanced weaponry

Vex can also do all of those things. What do you think the Vault of Glass is?

Is there base on Venus. Where they control time. But their weapons are simple still compared to forerunner and even more so to precursor

Traveler is not Level. It is also dead. Halo rings affect everything period. All Living life is gone. Flood will destroy the rest. The hive "gods" will be eaten by their works since not enough food for them will be there (read book of sorrows) and that's even if the flood doesn't kill them And they use the rings

Flood would be stopped by Taken who are basically spirits so they can't be infected. Hive Gods would have enough Halo universe "scum" to feed off of. Flood couldn't take down the Gods unless they were at their full power, but they wouldn't be because they would be taken care of before they could get to that point. The reason I wouldn't have the Flood at their strongest immediately is because every battle they've been a part of they started from a small group.
