And the flood/forerunners can easily wipe out the solar system. Destiny universe has no defense against star roads or the forerunners making the sun go super nova.

The Vex can rewrite the laws of physics but only after centuries of prep, which they probably won't have in this fight. The Hive also can break the laws of physics but have not demonstrated abilities on the same level as the Flood. So Destiny has heavy hitters but they don't have the preparation required to put them on a even playing field.
