Who do you think would win in this epic battle between both of these legendary universes?

People keep saying Halo rings but come on Ghosts would just bring guardians back Vex would just do timey whimy stuff Cabal live in another galaxy The hive die for fun all the time But the fallen would dedz though... Really though, Vex should win everything because time travel. How are we not dead yet?
