I have never ran into this type of situation nor do I condone it. That person is rather unsavory if they force you to do something outside of the grounds of inhibiting progress with adequate evidence. You may have misinterpreted my meaning, I did not know why you touched up on the subclasses to be clear. I am saying there is nothing wrong with using the utilities the sub-classes offer whether it be storm or sun or void and void being my preference.

If that weapon performs within the raid and insures you play your role effectively then you are fine, I never said any concrete in stone tablet commandment list of weapons. Try you best and have fun is the motto. Also this proves that perpetration is important BTW.

When a player enters your fire team and drops in the encounter the test begins. If they under perform that person is either kicked or the party collapses (everyone leaves). You and the party scrutinize the performance of others to ensure a good run and or cut your losses, this is simply how brains operate and there is no getting around it. You do it automatically like breathing.
Listen, I am by no means bashing your current party requirement method. However your claim that Grim = Ability does not hold against someone whom never bothered to pick up Ghosts/Frags and achieve a lower score and still perform in the raid and various PvE encounters.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
