Almost everyone who has said grimoire does nit equal skill has low grimoire themselves.

I think it means you can: -Find a multitude of Ghosts on a planet with the help of a website -Get carried through things to get the Card. -And have literally no skill. I could have a massive library of books but it doesn't mean I bought and read them all. But then again, it could be the exact opposite. There's little a requirement that could actually tell if you're a good player a good player could come from any standard (good at kills, good at staying alive, good at teamwork...).
