It's crap in PvP and PvE. Hit detection is terrible, range is terrible, reserve ammo is terrible, and the need to lucky bullets is terrible. The only thing they should have changed is the stacking of lucky bullets.

Yeah, it was still balanced if you stacked all the damage bonuses together and got a one shot, it was never unbalanced and shouldn't have been nerfed at all
