No. While grimoire score shows dedication to the game, there is no real correlation. Finding ghosts is an entirely different activity than being able to run relics/being torn. While yes, usually those who have dedication enough to find ghosts throughout the planets/fragments throughout the dreadnought, dedication does not equal competence.
