Grimore might not be an example of skill (some for sure) but def dedication and experience. I would rather my team be full of high grimore than with people 3800-4100. 4600 is a reasonable number for people that have been around since vanilla and TDB. It's not just finding ghosts. Op is being reasonable and I might even start requiring the same when I do raids.
