Us humans have an end... Or a new beggining?? I don't really know, no one does actually, one can just hope that upon death something happens.
Having a whole life in perspective, going through the experience of being close to death, many people will tell you that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, maybe our sight just fades to black, into eternal loneliness.
But then there is religion, and their interpretations of afterlife within. They might just be optimistic, since you can see that many of them recall that there is an afterlife. How do they know?? They don't, they cheer up humanity's hopes for survival, which leads us to think we are inmortal, but thats just our mind.
There might be an afterlife, or an ilussion of preserverance of our physical or spiritual body, what is for sure, is that death is a reality, life is not about thinking about death, its about living. Just living.

Is this the real life?
Is this just fantasy?
-
Yeah, it's called government

To qoute Hitchens. "Heaven. A celestial North Korea. The difference? At least you can -blam!-ing die and leave North Korea."
-
Did someone say "Fades to black?" ;) On a real note I do believe there is something after death. No one can know for sure what it is because you obviously have to die to experience it, but that's where faith comes in. You either truly believe or you don't, there's no in-between.
-
You already had many lifes, and there are many no come.
In my religion, then.
-
Yes mob of the dead is proof
-
Technically, since everything in existence is happening simultaneously, there is no such this as the "after" life. There is only life, now. but we are eternal beings. energy can't be created or destroyed, what does that mean to you..? lol
-
We don't know, but nothing substantial has ever been produced to suggest that there is.
-
I personally don't think there is an afterlife. As much as I wish there was, I just don't think it exists. But, there is always the slim chance that we do go somewhere when we die, but I like to lean more towards no afterlife because it makes me feel like I need to enjoy life while I have one.
-
Well given that I haven't died yet I can't really answer that. I imagine that it will be like an eternal sleep, dreaming for eternity.
-
Is there an afterlife, well that's your call not anyone else's You could imagine afterlife like a frozen forest An open field or an empty desert or even you just watching over a loved one It's just for you to believe in How some religions base it death is more of a holy embrace to the next stage of life or something of a higher calling some even believe in reincarnation Me being nonreligious and I take religious views with a grain of salt (not atheist) I would like to imagine there is until it's proven wrong by logic or some shape or form I'm only 16 and I've had some strange stuff happen to me ever since my dad died so id like to think there is an afterlife Now before you go saying its a message from God or Jesus or whomever just keep that comment for someone else thanks

-
Probably not
-
Only an afterlife for those who embrace God and truly free their bodies of sin. Filthy atheists go to hell
-
I HOPE I get reincarnated but I don't believe in an afterlife.
-
Fûck I hope not
-
Hopefully when you die you are reincarnated into something else. I want to be a rock.
-
I hope not, when I die I just wanna rest in peace in my coffin tbh. Once I'm dead, that's it lol end of my story.
-
-
Yes, there is.
Inb4 Butthurt Lincoln.
I'd like to think so; I mean there has to be something more to us than just a bag of meat and bones. I hear a lot of people say it's just gonna be like how it was before we were born but we can't even remember when we were born fresh out of the womb even though we were still alive and breathing then. I don't know, I just hope that this living hell on earth isn't just it for us.

-
Ye know how life was before ye were born? That.
-
I just imagine a really dark room
Six feet underground
-
Its on Omega.
-
Most likely not. I assume death is exactly like before you were born.
