Red Pings in PvP
Whats going on in Destiny? Getting matched with atleast 4 or more People having a very bad connection every -blam!-ing Game

And sometimes If there are more it can drag my signal down causing me to leave matches so I dont appear to be a cheat. only happens sometimes but it happens. I notice that besides being connected to red bar players, I see many that come in green and then go red dot or red to yellow bar and back to green again.
