This video compares an Elite saying Wort Wort Wort and Sgt. Johnson saying Go Go Go. Apparently Go Go Go said backwards is Wort Wort Wort. That's how we get our Elites. Just watch the whole video. This is not my video.

Yes thats fact. Wort wort wort is just sgt Johnson's Go go go, backwards and slow. Funny how in halo ce Johnson would always die in campaign but was always alive the next lvl. Even the secret ending of halo ce, we witness Johnson get bombbarded with an elite and yet he survived till halo 3.
