Nope.If you do not rapid shot how the hell are you going to win duels with an autorifle or a scout or a pulse? My aim is just fine. Accuracy isn't. If you'r killing people in close range not looking at you, well than the weapon is fine. Every hand cannon is fine. But i remember the days of shooting the hawkmoon with three guys looking at me and sometimes winning those. Try to do that with slow pace shots. Even the first curse with its perk active has accuracy and bloom issues. My opinion, obviously. Hawkmoon is my most used gun and hand cannons in general my most used class of weapon. I really feel like i Know what I'm talking about ;)
