Where is the best place on destiny to get Good engrams of primary weapons??

Any legendary engram drops are random to what the will be. No one way to farm for a specific type. There are a couple strike specific legendaries u can farm certain strikes for or u can buy primary engrams from the cryptarch. That's about it.
