Only one you can blame are those idiots at Bungie. They dont give you a special ammo on start but lieve you a weapon that can create you that same ammo. How hard it was to disable that perk on IB and Invective for game modes where they introduced the change.

If the devs want balance they need to start having a test team to try out these fixes before they go live. Than again that conspiracist inside me wants to believe this was part of their plan.
