Besides it being sad you can't survive without a sniper, that was a neat way to end the match.

The Official Guide to Bumping Your Post Post-bumping has always been, and indeed, always will, be a part of social media. Even when a social media site or anyone on that site does not directly call it a bump (Twitter), people will commonly do things to get their original post seen, favorited, reblogged, whatever you call it. Bumping is fueled by the need to get your opinion into the minds of others. After all, if you didn't feel that way from the beginning, why did you post at all? It is, however, crucial to know just when to stop bumping. For a while, your bumps can seem to be playful, fun posts on your own OP. The trick, however, is finding different bumps to use so that your post does not seem forced. One Time-Bumps One time bumps are mildy amusing, but only so much that they should only be used once before using another technique. 1. Bump/Bamp Simply saying "Bump" or "Bamp"'can be enough to get your post into conversation mode. 2. Shameful Bump The phrase "Shameful Bump" is used by people who try to make it seem like they are casually bumping but still have something to do. Take pity on Shameful Bumpers. 3. Violent Bump My personal favorite of the One Time Bumps, the violent bump can, for the most part, only be conducted on B.net. It involves italics, bold, underlining, spoiler usage, and quote usage, like so:

VIOLENT BUMP

The Relevant Bumps Relevant bumps are usually used when people have already started hanging out on your thread, and yet the post may still need a little boost to help remind people that your post is very much active and open for talk. 1. The Question Bump Question Bumps are to add another topic to your thread that is related to the OP. Almost always used in Discussion threads. Most people prefer to directly edit the post as opposed to question bumping, as question bumping, just like your thread, can get lost in the wind. 2. The Response Bump Response bumps are short, simple responses that are said to a particular poster. Although it may look like OP is responding to the commenter, the true intention is to bump their post. Typically used when a post is just starting to gain posters. Ex: "OP is fig" "Huh" <- "Huh" is the bump here. The Spam Bump 1. Gibberish Random numbers and letters posted to bump the post. Don't do this. 2. The Lonely Conversation The lonely conversation is a series of posts that takes place when the OP posts with one persona, then replies to that post with another persona, then replies to that post with the original persona. Can be effective, as it is not one bump, but multiple, but it is not worth it as most see it and cringe. The overall hope is that your post will remain seen not due to bumps, but due to legitimate conversation between multiple parties. Keep in mind that sometimes, you just have to let a post die. Stay safe out there, OP.
