I feel like this isn't common knowledge because I was trying to figure it out last night and ran into forum post after forun post and Reddit thread after Reddit thread of people trying to do the same thing. If you go to www.bungie.net through their desktop site, you can look under advisors and you will see which calcified fragments you've gotten on which characters. You cannot use the mobile app for this. I felt like this might save some people some frustration.
