Glass Needles - How do they work?
Hello, what are the limitations of the Glass Needles? I have rerolled my Voidfang Vestments 20+ times and every single time I get Discipline is in the roll. I want an Intellect / Strength, but I simply cannot get it. Is that even possible or do I have the worst RNG know to man (possible).
