Edited by SamSu916: 2/14/2016 12:07:58 AMTbh I think bungie will eventually patch this out. There's probably a good reason why it didn't make it to year 2. And no, invective doesn't have the same regeneration property so in regenerating bullets ice breaker is much more consistent.
