The ammo glitch is a playable part of the game. Therefore - it is how the game can be played. You can't demand people play a game (that they paid for) the way that YOU want them to play.

They removed spawning with special ammo for a reason, so using a weapon that un-intentionally do that and switching to another would be considered cheating or glitching

Anyone using ice breaker, invective or side arms are technically playing the game the way it is designed. What you should be complaining about is the design of the game, not players of the game. This is bungie's fault not cheaters or glitchers. BTW if you quit the game, quit the forums too and do us all a favor.
