Using it to generate secondary ammo and then switching to a broken gun is. Read the description for Ice Breaker. It regenerates [b]it's[/b] ammo, not secondary ammo.

Get over it. You are wasting your breath. You can kill just as easily with the Ice Breaker itself.

... and using the ice breaker is not an exploit. Swapping it to [armory]One-Thousand Yard Stare[/armory] is though.
