It's for a quest, so he did need the streak. If he rushed the warlock without expecting firebolts it's his problem.

For that quest you just need 7 precision kills in one pvp match. The streak is for the pve part of the quest.

Your reading it right. The description is just bogus. You really need 7 precision kills in one crucible match with the imprecation. You can die it doesn't matter. Otherwise i probably still wouldn't have the first curse. 7 kill streak with headshots in crucible would be ridiculous.

Can confirm. Don't need a streak. One 7 kill streak in pve(aka dark below thrall head shots) And 7 headshot kills with imprecation over one match and you're good to go

The quest you just need 7 precision kills in one match on the pvp side to finish it doesn't matter if it's a streak or not.
