Edited by AnonPig: 2/12/2016 6:01:44 PM
the PlayStation 2, was released in 2000. The PlayStation 2 is the best-selling home console to date, having reached over 155 million units sold as of December 28, 2012.[3] Sony's next console, the PlayStation 3, was released in 2006 and has sold over 80 million consoles worldwide as of November 2013

The original Xbox was released on November 15, 2001 The Xbox 360 was released as the successor of the original Xbox in November 2005
How exactly did Xbox 360 outlast ps2? It was made a year before ps3. That's like saying an infant outlasted their grandparent. And don't overlook ps2 outselling Xbox, 360, and One. Even though Xbox came a year after. #SonyMasterRace Or, you like yours and I like mine. No need for fighting. You choose. :)

I've had my PS3 since the system came out...dusty af but it's a rock solid piece of hard ware
-
Still have my ps2 and ps3; they both work perfectly fine. Still play KH 1 and 2 on it for the feels.
-
1 ps2 lasted me 9 years Went through 3 Xbox 360s in 4 years. Yeah The Xbox really outlasted the ps2......
-
I've had 1 Xbox since release ... Luck of the draw I guess

Microsoft fixed red rings for free

This really doesn't help your case. You're saying that the company that knowingly shipped defective products did what they were supposed to do. Fixed their defective product for free. Don't mention the fact that you had to ship it off to them and wait two months to get it back. Two months of no gaming. Thanks to their shitty business practices. Good argument bud.

Wasn't an argument
was bait lmao
Well in that case it was successful. Lol
-
Lol, nothing outlasted the ps2.

Outlasted....as in, "a longer life" We weren't discussing how many were sold, the price they were sold or for how long they were sold. Atleast...if we were, "outlast" wouldn't be the right term to use
-
True, I came at that horribly, and worded it very poorly. But my point was, different classes.

Different eras, even
