How you've been talking though, you fit into that category of people. The only thing I've encountered that was OP is Sunbreaker, pre nerf thorn, vex. Thorn isn't any good in IB or Trials. The problem with bungie is they can't seem to do a slight nerf/buff can they?

No because i want balance. Right now primaries are in a good place. Every weapon has their range and only some need slight tweaking. The only weapon that continues to break the meta is Thorn. It is hard to balance DoT, not to mention on a primary with damn near unlimited ammo.

Maybe a good thing to do is limit its ammo then?

Something. It just has the perfect amount of AA, stability, fire rate, magazine and damage. It makes things like Hawkmoon useless. DoT only on precision hits would a good idea as well.
