You don't [i]have[/i] to, but it's pretty dishonerable. Other yr1 players moved on. I moved on. I don't see any point in the old stuff anymore.

It's a pretty big disadvantage. Especially considering you'll have a [i]much[/i] higher experience with said weapons compared to the new ones.
