Should destiny 2 support last generation consoles

1 ReplyThere are only 5 games coming out in 2016 for the ps3 and only 1 game for the 360. Those are just announced titles so you might see more at e3 but most likely not. Old Gen dies this year and by next year there won't be any new games for old gen.

Yes, and I have a good reason for it. ... actually, I don't. At this point I'm just hoping Bungie makes enough bad decisions that this series is finally laid to rest.

No. Current gen has been out for several years now, time to get with the program. I know we're dealing work ea v2.0 here but there's no need to support previous gen anymore.

I play on a PS3 and can tell it barely handles Destiny especially with loading times. I say no because this game needs all the potential it can get to ACTUALLY be worthwhile in the next go around

I most certainly hope they drop all games on the old gen hardware by the time D2 comes out. Seeing the difference between new gen only vs. cross gen games should be enough to convince anyone why we need to hurry up and let go of the over 10 year old last systems. I understand that not everyone has a new console yet, but really the entry price has come down enough now and they've been out a couple years already, no reason why you can't even just grab one on the cheap from eBay or something.

No. They can hardly run it as is. 360 compared to xbox one. Takes way to long to load the menu to switch weapons around. Same for inventory. And I'm sure the same goes for Playstation. Old Gen just can't handle the game. With each dlc that came out you could see it. More and more.
