Destiny 2 Coming 2017. And BIG 2016 Expansion coming later this year!

I hope it's a Free expansion (probably not). We've spent loads of money though.
Overall I hope the expansion out does every other expansion for this game as a ode to the conclusion of Destiny 1.

Where's the option for 'Don't really care?' These are things we already knew before they were announced today, so what is new? All they did was confirm the rumors that the next disc based game will be out next year at the earliest, as well as reiterating that we are getting two content additions this year (which we knew already). Don't get too excited, this is still Destiny and Bungie we are talking about

I hope this upcoming expansion becomes not only Destiny's biggest expansion, but it's BEST. Nothing gets left behind. Nothing gets obsolete. Everything comes with us. I hope it's like the conclusion to the first game in the Destiny franchise. Where it goes out in a bang. Oh, and for the love of God, there better be a Cabal raid by the end of the year. I'd even settle for a fallen one because PoE doesn't count. Or both. Both seems nice.

I'm just going to assume it will be as big or a tiny bit smaller than the dark below and house of wolves.

I hope that with the new CEO and matchmaking updates that this is a sign that Bungie has realized that they really need to regain community confidence. I fully expect the big expansion and sequel to be paid, though I hope that they are fairly priced as I have felt that all of the DLC's so far have been 25% over-priced. While they don't have to, I do hope that the spring update will be free as it would go a long way towards restoring community confidence. All in all let's wait and see, this could be a sign of good or bad things to come.
