Well i am not giving bumgie any money for ttk. I could careless about pve stuff or "end game" pvp gear. I use year one weaponry and do fairly fine and have a good time doing it win or lose. I get msgs all th time about using year 1 stuff and my response is im a lv34..you should be ashamed lol. I share what you feel bro.

Yours is the only situation that it's understandable. Those in TTK shouldn't be using those crutch weapons. Icebreaker to go against no special at spawn patch. Thorn to completely negate Broken Heart buff. It's always 1 step forward, 10 steps back with this community.

I see what you mean. I used the thorn in year one trials and iron banner only because that 2 shot run and hide shit was being used by everyone. I personaly wish thorn would get removed and sent to the deepest pits of hell lol. With bungie and destiny its always some bullshit, blade dancer too OP, shadow shot glitch, solar titans glitch plus being OP, back in the day the OP vex myth. It seems they never play test these things before release and on top of that they take a -blam!-ing life time on most issues to fix and correct. Then the nerfs to AR's which they still havent recovered from. Destiny one and i am willing to bet that destiny 2 will always be just one long ass beta. It is a shame because all the potential was there. I cant with a healthy mind give bumgie even 5 cents of my hard earned money. And i am not saying anything bad about folks who throw money at bumgie..to each their own. I got fooled by 2 trash dlcs and i wont be fooled again...end rant lol sorry.

They are great guns. Most times people use weapons for advantages not just pvp. You used to use ice breaker to create heavy ammo drops in Year 1. You must be a year 2 to not of acquired and realized the value in these weapons. Invective generates ammo too. Use that if you don't have ice breaker.

I'm a day1er, I think I know more than enough. The fact still stands that those weapons shouldn't be in the game or at least not in PvP.

Mida isn't broken, nor does it break any ingame mechanics.

According to some mida too op. All over forums when moved up. Ice breakers don't break in game mechanics it is a perk on the gun not something glitched in game. The ability to not lose ammo when you switch guns when dead is part of the game and applies to all formats of the game.

Mida isn't op, it never was. It was good in Y1 and it's good to outgun anipers that are nearly everywhere since Shotguns are broken. And the Icebreaker exploit...Guess what? It'll be patched. And if it won't be patched, it's just another reason to not play the game anymore. No big deal.

I never said mida op. I love the gun. I am just saying that opposing your arguments. Something being op is all opinion. I agree that snipers are all the craze because everything else nerfed to hell.

Thorn may be OP in regular crucible but Mida is OP too.. Almost everyone uses it in trials, ib etc..

You know why no one said Mida was op in Y1 althoigh it always was the same as now? And you know why it's that good atm? Because nearly everything except Scouts and Snipers is broken. Everyone runs around wihh a Sniper in Trials...over 75% of special weapons are Snipers. And Mida is one of the best counters to snipers...it's one of the best weapons right now, but that doesn't mean it's op. TLW is way more op.

I get ur point, and i certainly agree.. Bungie -blam!-s crucible up each time, there is always one gun that does the freaking killer damage and the majority switches to that gun and no other guns. Get into a crucible match and i think 4/5 times everyone will almost have either a mida or a tlw equipped. I find these weapons OP because the do above average damage. Mida (Close/Mid/Long range) rekts just as TLW (mid/close range) does. They are certainly more effective then 95% of the other weapons!

So you never used ice breaker and thorn. As a day 1er like me I know you have. You must still have them. So pull them out and show them how to use em.
