The perks are still the same and it 1st appeared in Y1 so it is a year 1 weapon.
Oh and they nerfed all HC's,not just hawkmoon.

Hawkmoon also got a nerf to its main perk LitC which made hawk awesome so awesome. Now it's a mediocre HC that isn't really worth the exotic slot. All yr 2 weapons are just reskins of yr 1 weapons so your argument can be made that almost all yr 2 weapons are yr 1 weapons with different names. It's common practice that if its attack level is 280+ its yr 2 and <170 is yr 1. My hawkmoon is 305 so that would classify it as a yr 2 version.
