CrimDub gives 299 vanguard shell, skip it
I did the quest and bounties like most others in very short order. The rewards were 284 gauntlets and boots, and the grand prize was a 299 vanguard shell. And all that after very sweaty matches. If you haven't tried CD you might as well skip it.
