I SAW SOMETHING WEIRD ON DESTINY TODAY.
Today I was at the tower today and saw a group of three guys standing around. Two of which were wearing festival of the lost masks (the Oryx and Exotic Engram). I proceeded to put on my Xur mask to join the "party." Soon after the forth guy put on a mask that honestly made me jump. It was a blue flaming skull that after inspecting the guy I noticed it had no neck to connect the head to the body. I clicked on his mask and read that it was indeed a festival of the lost mask.
I would love to know how this guy got this mask, because during the festival there was an image of all of the masks and this wasn't one of them. Does anybody know how he got this mask or even do you have it yourself?

You got a little chance to get it out of the free 'pack' you got from Eva levante. If you didn't get it but still wanted it, you would have to buy more packs. I got lucky and got it for free :p
