I'm getting kicked at crucial times when I play (usually boss fights in strikes and towards the end of winning crucible matches). I'm getting caterpillar most if not every time I'm kicked. How can I fix this. What is the issue? I looked up on bungie site but the problem is that this happens DAILY.
I recently moved in to a new place and bought a new router but recently had my new router/modem (single unit) changed (Ubee -> Netgear) because I kept getting [FREAKING] Marrionberry (sorry, it's now a trigger word to anger lol). Now still get kicked daily.
I'm frustrated because I had to pay $50 for them to send guys out to fix this problem. Wasn't it theirs to begin with? I don't want to spend more money for them to fix their own problem of failing to provide consistently good quality to me that I already pay for. I have Cox internet btw so for those wondering about getting their service, I can't say I'm satisfied.

Discourages me from doing trials because if I get kicked mid match it counts as a loss. (It happened with marrionberry ) Bungie can you consider how messed up this is and address it?
