Serious question for other Sunbreakers: Is it standard now to require at least two hammers to take out other Supers, or was that always the case?
I hope that Bungie collects stats on the percent of Sunbreakers that die with their Super activated and by what means. Because right now it's only good if you can ambush your opponent(s) or go unchallenged by other Supers, and if that's the case, I think Bungie needs to reevaluate their numbers and changes.

It now requires two hammers to kill a Warlock with Ram

It's weird sometimes a direct hit can one shot other supers sometimes it leaves them with a little health, maybe has to do with the players armor stat?

Edited by Dano2point0: 2/9/2016 3:46:46 PMYeah, I'm not sure to what extent Armor plays in it because they are naturally getting a damage resistance buff with their Super. It's been very consistent requiring two hammers and maybe that was the original intent or just brought about with the recent changes. I didn't play Sunbreaker hardly ever before the 2.1 update (Defender main in pvp) but I used it exclusively last Banner and have been running it fairly often since then. Still my experience is limited which is why I'm asking.

Damn, Defender as a main? That definitly needs some skill to do, great job. Bummer that you didnt use the Sunbreaker before the nerf it was definitly a GOD!

Yeah, I definitely regret not making the most of Sunbreaker during its former glory. I wouldn't say that Defender takes more skill, just a difference in mentality and focus. Needless to say, I've been on the defense a lot- 419 Blast Shield medals and counting. Whew!
